Proterozoic anorogenic granites of the southern USA
I have been involved with a couple of research projects concentrating on the intermittent anorogenic magmatism on the southern Laurentian margin during the Mesoproterozoic. These projects include a recon study of the Little Hatchet pluton in southern New Mexico and a regional isotopic study of anorogenic granites and related rocks that intruded the Mazatzal-age Paleoproterozoic basement during the Mesoproterozoic.
These projects have been done in close collaboration with the staff at New Mexico Tech and are in the reporting phase atm. The Publications -page lists several conference papers on these and related topics me and my collaborators have presented during the past couple of years.
